Media PC
This was built to fit in my entertainment center and match better with the regular components. Currently running Showshifter V3.0 with plans to add dual tuners and a MAME module shortly.

Die Protection Panel
This was built for a metal stamping company to protect against a die crash. A crash costs them $5000 each time to repair the die.
A single ultrasonic sensor mounted in the die monitors part precence and inhibits another cycle using (2) standard E/M relays. The relays are monitored for loose connections, welded contacts, slow actuation and removal. Any
problem results in a fault that must be reset. The unit can also be bypassed through a keyswitch on the front panel by authorized personel only.

Part Inspection Panel
This assembly was built for a customer that needed to do 100% inspection on a stamped part. Once a part is placed on the round fixture a gate sensor signals the controller to
check (16) inductive sensors for presense of holes. If all holes are present the controller indicates a good part and stamps the part with (2) small pin punches. A bad part sounds an audio / visual alarm
and the unit must then be manually reset.
